Top 10 world's most liveable cities of 2011 -International
The Canadian city of Vancouver retained its reputation as the world's most liveable city in the Economist Intelligence Unit's annual survey. The cities were judged on parameters like stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. The following is the list of top 10 cities.
Vancouver
