71-76 Chevy Impalas and Caprices
You know if my 1st car was a Honda or a Toyota, we may not be here today. However the 1st car that I was given the keys to and told this is yours, was a 1974 Chevy Impala 4 door. I could fit about 6-7 of my friends in that thing easy. It was the best Christmas present I have ever gotten, nothing since has been as appreciated. I got my Impala back in like 1994, long before cats was throwing 30's on them. I regret never being able to do anything with it, and now well I think some cats just go overboard with them.

Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda part 1
Chevy C-10 Stepside
We here at Hotcarstv have enjoyed cars, trucks, and bikes since we were small. However, while we have all owned a variety of cars and trucks, we have never been able to put together something you could call show worthy. Over the next few days, I will be spotlighting different cars and trucks that we have once owned. However, I wouldn't subject you to our failures, so I will include with each post an example of one done right. For example, my 1st vehicle was a 69 Chevy C-10 stepside. technically it was my Grandfathers and it was a rustbucket that didn't drive, but he said it was mine. I always loved this body style. The one above is a 1970 for a family in Florida, and is a perfect example of what to do right.

Cannonball Run intro
As a kid who loved cars you couldn't help but love this movie, even though the only version I ever saw was cut up to play on regular tv. I ran across the intro while playing around on youtube. To this day I have never seen the Theatrical version, but I will be making a trip to Blockbuster soon.

Honda stunner CBF Bike
Get, set and zoooom
Open the door for untrodden roads and hoot along with the call of the wild with the tough and muscular Honda Stunner CBF Self Drum. Don’t be puzzled if you get addicted to it.

Featured with a 4stroke, air cooled OHC single cylinder and digital ignition, that facilitates quick start, this gives you a proper mileage of 48 to 50 Km per hour, so that you can cover distances in no time. And you can really do those dash and dribble with it as it has to its credit a maximum torque of 11Nm @ 6500rpm.
Design
The Honda Stunner CBF is possibly custom made for those real ?men? out there. Solid, muscular and extremely masculine, the Honda Stunner CBF Self Drum is synchronized with an aerodynamic design that gives its biker the ultimate freedom to experience its power kick while riding through the wind. It has good looks and great style but is minimal in extraordinary good features. Generally a good starter option and does a very good job in giving you comfort, mileage and a tangy, sporty look that’s so in and if you want a bike that’s funky and average in features.

1998 Chevy toy box
If only you could go to where they keep all the Chevy concepts and pick one or two, what would you pick? I think I would have liked to have one of those S-10 Crew Cab Duallys. Especially with the Dually rims they make today. That would have been a problem.

TVS Scooty Streak Moped
TVS, the company that has to its credit one of the most successful mini scooters in India, Scooty Pep and it has recently launched Scooty Streak, another promising bike for youngsters. The TVS Scooty Streak is designed to capture the 100 cc plus four stroke scooter market.
While the 90 cc Scooty Pep was targeted towards young women, with the 100 cc plus Scooty Streak TVS plans to get hold on a larger customer base by targeting young male customers as well. TVS Scooty Streak, although a class in itself, has been positioned against bikes like Aviator from Honda, Access from Suzuki and Flyte from Kinetic.
The old looks of the Scooty Pep are retained but the bike still has a new charm to it with super styling and smart looks just right to woo the metrosex scooter riders. New additions include the mobile charger, a lockable glove box, anti skid wide tyers and more. The exterior of the Scooty Streak have been slightly modified to give it a cooler look. The seat is designed to give you a feel of sitting on the bike, the head lamp is slightly tweaked to make it look sharp and the blinkers have been given the triangle shape to give it a young and stylish look. The mirrors on the handle have the body color back to add to the zing. Like in the Scooty Pep, the foot board is plain and easy in the Scooty Streak also. If only the petrol tank had not been fit into the back, it would have so much more cooler to get the fuel filled without getting down like in a bike.
The scooter is available in 5 colors – black, red, blue, pink and mauve, all designed to impress its target segment – teen youth. Moreover, the brand ambassador for the TVS Scooty Streak is Sania Mirza, the youth icon, a strategy sure woo the target segment.
The new Scooty from TVS is equipped with all aluminum shock absorbers to ensure an easy and bump free ride even on pot-holed city roads and enhanced wet braking to ensure safety even on wet roads. The engine is especially designed light weight engine to provide enhanced fuel economy, perhaps the best in the class. With a product so superior, TVS surprises you with its value pricing. Priced at INR 36,000 ex-showroom, the TVS Scooty Streak gives you all the worth for you money, more probably.

VIP style
VIP style (rhymes with zip)is a trend from Japan where they take larger luxury cars and add rims and airbags. In Japan these cars have been associated with the Japanese Mafia. Me personally I don't much feel tuners, but I could get down with these.

2010 Rolls Royce Ghost
Here are some images of the 2010 Rolls Royce Ghost. I always wondered what it was like to get behind the wheel of a car with a V12 under the hood, the way I drive I'm sure its just a ticket waiting to happen.

Love for the old school
We here at Hotcarstv have much love for the old school, and while in my case that is mostly American muscle cars and Chevys, I am aware that there are in fact other cars than GM (who knew). One group of old school cars you rarely see on this site are imports. I came across this article on a group of Canadians who have a love for old school Hondas.
